WeChat Mini version shares account with iOS/Android. Register with same phone, first login will sync all progress. Submit "Account issue" if anomaly.

Submit a ticket with: payment platform order ID screenshot, charge time, in-game UID. Support will verify and reissue within 1 business day.

Submit a ticket "Stats anomaly" with: in-game UID, match ID of the anomaly, comparison screenshot (yours vs others), time of incident. Support and designers will verify.

Steel Division is a deep strategy SLG · Recommend 30-member core alliance for early game. Join an active alliance once main city ≥ lv 8 for cross-server combat.

1. Restart the game. 2. Clear game cache. 3. Update to the latest version. 4. If unresolved, submit a ticket with device model, OS version, and a screenshot of the login time.

Saves automatically sync across iOS / Android / WeChat Mini / RuStore when logged in with the same account. If you see discrepancies, submit "Account issue" with last login times from both ends.

Aerial Ace uses global edge nodes. Settings → Network → choose closest node (CN / SEA / EU). If still laggy, submit a ticket with ping screenshot.

Submit a ticket "Cheating report" with: opponent's in-game ID, match ID, screen recording of the cheating (required). Match results will be reviewed and confirmed cheaters will be banned.

Submit a ticket "Minor refund" with: guardian's ID, proof of guardianship, minor's birth certificate, payment order screenshot. Support prioritizes these and completes within 3 business days.
